Your Safe Visit
Page last updated: 12 January 2021
We’re delighted that Richmond Barracks remains open while the vaccination roll out is ongoing. The library will reopen from 21 January a browse and borrow basis (you can find opening hours and full details here) and a limited number of in-person events will continue to run alongside our online offerings.
We will continue to operate with the following health and safety measures in place to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff:
For people attending our in-person indoor events:
- All visitors attending indoor events and activities at Richmond Barracks will be required to bring proof of Covid-19 vaccination or immunity and matching photo ID on arrival at the building. Further information on accepted forms of proof of immunity can be found here.
- All visitors will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of their visit.
- Hand-sanitizing stations are available throughout the building.
- If you are feeling unwell on the day of your visit we would ask that you stay at home for your own safety and that of our staff and other visitors. Any visitors unable to visit due to illness can contact us to rearrange their booking.
If have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@richmondbaracks.ie or 01 524 2532
We look forward to seeing you soon.
